I was paying for an account with crypto and I made a mistake, instead of sending USDT on the polygon network, I sent Polygon coin itself. After I reached out to support, they followed up and kept staying in touch via emails even though I had given up on it cos it was not even up to a $100 and I knew I had lost my funds, but they were persistent and kept sending emails even when I was not responding because I had not seen them. Eventually my funds were recovered. Superb customer service!

I passed my evaluation on the first attempt and the rules were clear and achievable. I am happy to finally be trading a funded account.
